International training in anatomy and periocular surgical skills: theory, dissection, and supervised practice on anatomical specimens, with rotations in ENT endoscopy.
Academic Experience
High-Precision Anatomical Training
28 participants divided into 14 tables of two students each. One specimen per table and one instructor for every two students. Theoretical sessions in the morning, hands-on lab sessions in the afternoon, and five fixed ENT endoscopy stations.
Surgical Goals
Upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis, brow lift, malpositions, eyelid reconstruction, DCR, orbital surgery, and transorbital and endoscopic approaches.
Rotations
Group A: stations 1–5 · Group B: stations 6–10 · Group C: stations 11–14. Students bring the specimen and piezo surgery equipment to the ENT stations when it is their turn.
Primary language: English, with occasional support in Spanish · Intermediate/advanced level.
